Please join our effort to preserve and learn from our town’s history! As a non-profit organization run totally by volunteers, the Society must raise funds each year through membership dues and donations in order to maintain Smith-Cadbury Mansion, our headquarters and unique historic house museum located on High Street. Volunteers at the Society care for the many historical artifacts and documents that tell the stories of our town.

Membership benefits: our award winning quarterly newsletter, a 10% discount in the gift shop, and enrollment in Time Travelers, a reciprocal historical sites program created by the Missouri History Museum. This year we’ll send you Tricentennial Reflections on Moorestown 1880-1912 Limited Ed. 1982 Paperback at the $100 level. The society, begun 55 years ago by members of the Moorestown Rotary Club, “to create a museum of Moorestown history,” continues to foster a deep appreciation for our town’s history.
